Today's treat was a horse-drawn carriage on our street! We took it up to the bakery and back, which solved our dilemma about how to get there when it was raining and we'd left our umbrellas in the car, which is STILL (three weeks and counting!) in the shop. Much more stylish than walking in the rain! Soon we're off to see author Coleen Salley at a local bookstore. We can't wait!
