Clara was
on our local news! Okay, I'll admit that we did not actually see it because we are a little TV inept around here. But my friend Wendy assures me there was a nice long shot of her with her cute little poster and then again with her friend in their wagons. (Which Amy pulled on three wheels due to a little mishap mid-march, funny story there). There was a march and rally this weekend of community members concerned about the future of
our little (but busy) neighborhood bridge. Thanks to some awesome community organizers (thanks, Eric, Philip, Bradley, Heather, Andrew and more!), we might get a pretty fantastic bridge with safe access for bikes and walkers and without turning our neighborhood into a major thoroughfare. It was a great morning to be reminded of what an incredible neighborhood in which we live.
