Parades Galore

Well, today we went to our FOURTH parade in two weeks. And we didn't even make it to the two biggies, the Starlight Parade and the Grand Floral Parade. Clara is a little parade crazy. We saw one of the parades while visiting Grandma and Grandpa in Seattle and when we got home C. noticed some admittedly impressive photos of the Grand Floral Parade in the paper. "What parade is THIS ONE?!" she asked. "That's the Rose Festival Parade. We were out of town, so we couldn't go to that one." I replied. "I think we'll catch up with that one tomorrow after we eat breakfast," she announced. I'm pretty sure she thinks parades just keep on marching and that you drive far enough, you'll find one.

Clara lookin' cute before the Portland Pride Parade. She got a lot of candy thrown at her, let me tell you. We hid it in Ma's pockets for 'later.' Let's hope she's forgotten about it.

With Ma at the Pride Parade. There were some Disney Princesses on one of the floats, so Clara's day was made. Ack.
