Children's Workshop: Valentine Envelope Books

$30/child, all proceeds after materials to benefit Emanuel Children's Hospital

Friday, February 12th: 9:30-11:30 am

For ages 3 and up, our four participants will make a three-pocket envelope book with a ribbon enclosure and fill it with their own sweet valentines for a special recipient. Valentine contents will include a folded-heart envelope (see photo below) and hand-sewn pamphlet-stitch blank mini-book as well as a Valentine of your child's own design. Drop your child off to make this Valentine keepsake while you run errands or treat yourself to a little mama time!

Mama Workshop: Snug Sleepy Cats

$35 suggested donation, all proceeds after materials to benefit Providence St. Vincent Hospital in honor of Benjamin Koch

Thursday, February 11th: 7-10 pm-ish (flexible end time)

Spend an evening with some neighborhood parents and learn or practice basic hand sewing stitches (blanket stitch, split stitch, french knot, blind stitch) to create a wool felt kitty in a sleeping bag for your little Valentine, or join me in leaving your kitty anonymously where a child may find it to love in honor of Benjamin Koch this Valentine's Day. A sweet homemade treat and tea provided.
