I know you're impressed. Okay, maybe not if you are also part of the "Artisan Bread In Five Minutes a Day" craze, but we had a few tasty but not-so-pretty loaves before this one, so we're kind of excited. After some sort of odd holds malfunction, we've been waiting to get the book from the library for months after hearing about it on NPR's 'The Splendid Table.' And here at last is our bread...ta da!
