The Toddler Trio
'The Toddler Trio' is what I've started calling Clara, Lucas and Sophia, for lack of a better term. We've started getting together twice a week for activities and outings--sort of pre-preschool. Informal, but something somewhat structured so we can be deliberate about exposing them to different things and skills. This month's theme is water. The kids had a lovely morning at Dana's on Tuesday making sand paintings, coloring sea animals, and playing together in Soph's room and yard. Today we met at our house for some songs and books, sorting and observation activities, experiments with wet and dry chalk and a walk to the local creek.
